Registrations

Who can I contact for questions relating to payment/invoices?

You can write to info@weyweyweb.com for any questions and issues related to the payment.

Can I pay for tickets by invoice?

Yes, you can. Just write an email to info@weyweyweb.com with your company's billing details. The payment shall be sent by bank transfer to WWWeb's account. Once payment is received, we will issue a discount code to redeem your tickets.

Do you offer discounts for multiple ticket purchases for teams or groups?

Yes, we offer discounts for groups of 4 people minimum. Check out the tickets options when purchasing a ticket and you can save all .

Can I get an invitation letter for a visa application or border control?

Yes, after purchasing your ticket you can write an email to info@weyweyweb.com with your full name, nationality, date of birth, and passport number as well as the details of the Embassy or Consulate you will apply for a visa.

Can I share my WWWeb 2025 badge with my colleagues?

No, every badge is unique and personal for every attendee. You will also get a wristband that cannot be removed during the 2 days.

If I’m unable to attend Wey Wey Web 2025 in-person, what options do I have?

Once paid, WWWeb25 tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. If you can no longer attend WWWeb, you can transfer your ticket for the same conference to another person.

Transfers can be requested for free until 30 calendar days before the first day of the event. A fee of 40 EUR applies to transfers requested between 29 and 7 calendar days before the event. No transfer requests will be accepted within 6 calendar days of the event's start date.

To request a transfer, please email info@yayyay.events including the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Your email address
  • Ticket code or order number
  • Reason for the transfer
  • Full name and email of the person receiving the ticket

All deadlines are based on the first official day of the event as published on the event website.

Transfer dates are counted in calendar days (not business days), and requests must be submitted by 23:59 CET on the final day of each transfer window.

Can I transfer my registration to another attendee?

Yes, you can request a transfer by emailing info@weyweyweb.comstating your full name, email, phone number, and position.

What is the Cancellation and Refund policy?

Once paid, WWWeb25 tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled. If you can no longer attend WWWeb, you can transfer your ticket for the same conference to another person. For more information about ticket transfers check the question above.

Yes. You can write an email to info@weyweyweb.com to explain the reasons why you want to volunteer.

Does Wey Wey Web offer scholarships or free tickets?

Yes, WWWeb is committed to supporting members of underrepresented groups who may not otherwise have the opportunity to attend the event for financial, social, or additional reasons. Our goal for this year is to provide 3 free tickets, a 50% discount to each of these communities and if necessary will try our best to support their accommodation. Do I need to bring a laptop?

You won’t need your laptop during the conferences, but it is usually required to participate in workshops. During the conference you can make use of our cloakroom to leave your backpack and laptop there.

What is the dress code for the conference?

WWWeb doesn't have a formal dress code though shirts and shoes are required at all times.

Where will Wey Wey Web 2025 be held?

All the conferences and workshops will take place at Auditorio Edgar Neville de la Diputación de Málaga.

What travel options are there to get to the venue?

By Metro

Take Metro Line 1 from Málaga city center to La Luz-La Paz station. The venue is just a 5-minute walk from the station, making it a quick and easy option for public transport.

By Bus

From the city center, take bus lines 3, 5, 7, 9 or 10 from the Alameda Principal or María Zambrano train station. These buses stop 15 minutes walking to the venue.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Parking near the venue can be challenging as free spaces are often occupied. However, there is additional parking available along the Paseo Marítimo area, just a short walk away. Consider arriving early to secure a spot.

What accessibility options are available at the venue?

The venue guarantees that both its spaces and the development of the activity are accessible to all people with the adoption of the following measures: adapted signage, reserved spaces in rooms and adapted furniture, including elevators for auditorium platforms, 100% accessible toilets, intelligent orientation devices in the building through bluetooth technology for people with visual disabilities.

Will there be a cloakroom at the venue?

Yes, you will find a cloakroom at the conference venue where you can leave your luggage and coat while attending the sessions.

Conference Format & Experience

All about workshops

Workshops take place on both days of the event. There are 2 workshop categories: Crema & Canela. Only Early Bokeron ticket holders can access Canela Workshops for free by using the discount code sent together with the ticket order confirmation. Standard Tuna and Last Callamar will receive a 70% and 30% discount code with their tickets. Even if you are a general ticket holder, registration is not automatic: you will have to register to the workshop of your choice; we recommend you to book your seat as soon as possible since capacity is limited for each workshop. If you have purchased a ticket and cannot find the code please contact us and we will provide it. For those who are not conference ticket holders, admission will have an specific fee. Crema workshops are paid workshops both for ticket holders as well as for the general public. You can check the fee for each workshop in the Workshop page.

How big is the main hall?

The conferences will take place in an auditorium and a workshop area besides this building. The auditorium has a capacity for 400 people.

Are there limited seating sessions that I need to sign up for?

If you plan to attend workshops, we recommend being proactive and register early to get a seat.

What are the timings for Wey Wey Web?

The first day of the event in the morning will only host workshops and right after lunch we will kick the event with an opening Keynote. The conference starts at 9:00 a.m. and the last conference finishes usually at 17:30. Onsite registration is open from 8:30 both days.

Food & Beverage

Do you cater to special dietary requirements?

Yes, we do. We offer three menu options to accommodate common dietary needs:

  • A lactose-free menu, with a choice of fish or meat as the main course.
  • A vegan menu, which is also suitable for vegetarians.
  • A gluten-free menu, designed for those with gluten intolerance or celiac disease.

Will breakfast, coffee breaks & lunch be provided?

WWWeb will not provide breakfast but non-stop coffee and lunches on both days.

Do I need to be fully COVID vaccinated to attend the conference?

No, we won't ask you to be fully COVID vaccinated to attend the conferences as there are no mask or vaccination mandates in Spain, but we encourage the attendees to be cautious and responsible for their health and that of others.

Will I need to wear a face mask at the conference?

No, it’s not mandatory to wear a face mask at the conference or during the event but you can freely wear it.

Is there a code of conduct for the event?

What should I do if I see or experience any inappropriate behavior?

If you see, experience, or hear about any behavior of concern, we encourage you to report it to any member of the WWWeb organization.

At The Conference

How do I ask speakers questions?

We will use Vevox.app where you can write your questions that our presenters will formulate at the end of each talk.

How can I learn more about the sponsors at Wey Wey Web?

You can visit the website of Wey Wey Web to find information about every sponsor. Once in the venue, you can access our Sponsor Area, talk to them and learn about their job opportunities.

How should I prepare before the event?

We recommend you to read the presentation abstracts and schedule so you can build your own agenda before you arrive.

We encourage you to keep an eye out for emails from the WWWeb team, Ticket Tailor, and our Newsletter so you won’t miss any updates.

Will the sessions be recorded and when will they be available?

If the event is economically sustainable we will record and publish all talks on our Youtube channel a few weeks after the event.

Wey Wey Web is an international gathering for UI lovers with a very special vibe. A Yay-Yay is the opposite to a Nay-Nay and it is always PMA.
