Data & Reporting Developer Plus icon

The Data & Reporting Developer is a crucial role that directly reports to the Data & Reporting Development Manager. This individual will act as a bridge between multiple departments, partnering closely with teams from commercial, marketing, product, content, and development teams.

The primary focus lies in designing, developing, and maintaining reports based on key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the affiliate marketing industry. These reports will serve as essential tools for data-driven decision-making across the organization.

The overarching goal is to build a robust, user-friendly reporting system that enhances data visibility and utility for all organizational levels. In doing so, this role will contribute to creating a culture of informed, data-driven decision-making.

What you'll be working on:

  • Develop and maintain reports for various key metrics including SEO, Conversion, Website Performance, and Campaigns. Monitor performance metrics in real-time and ensure reports are updated to reflect benchmarks and KPIs.
  • Work with internal teams to integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring consistency and reliability in reports. Conduct troubleshooting to identify data discrepancies and ensure data integrity in reports.
  • Develop automated reporting solutions to make data more accessible, and ensure that the reporting infrastructure can scale with the organization’s growth.
  • Fulfill various reporting and dashboarding requests from the Commercial, Marketing, SEO, and Content Teams as well as other internal teams as needed.
  • Perform regular audits of data quality and reporting accuracy, implementing corrective measures and optimizations as needed.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in utilizing advanced analytics tools such as Matomo, Google Analytics (GA), and Google Tag Manager (GTM) is crucial. The developer will integrate these tools to enhance our analytics capabilities and ensure accurate data flow from these platforms into our primary database systems.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of data collection processes from analytics tools to database, including the setup, troubleshooting, and optimization of data streams.

What you will be bringing to your new role:

  • Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or proven equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a data-focused role, in report development or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL for database management and query optimization.
  • Proficiency in Python, with experience in data manipulation and analysis libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
  • Ability to work with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Matomo.
  • High attention to detail, with problem-solving skills specifically geared towards ensuring data integrity.
  • A strong desire and passion to focus on the development aspects of data reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

What you'll be working on:

Data Engineering tasks:

  • Develop scalable and reliable data pipelines to ingest, integrate, process, and distribute data across multiple platforms and systems in collaboration with the Engineering team.
  • Work closely with data scientists and analysts to provide them with the necessary data tools and infrastructure for analytics and model development.
  • Assist with monitoring and troubleshooting data pipelines to ensure smooth and uninterrupted data flow.

  • Knowledge of data management standards, data governance practices, and data quality assurance.

SEO Specialist (Dutch Speaking) Plus icon

The SEO Specialist reports to the SEO Portfolio Lead, works closely with marketing, performance optimization, product, business, and development teams to ensure optimal web positioning for multiple web properties in various different affiliate marketing domains across the globe.

The SEO Specialist will play an integral role in the marketing team, focusing on elevating our web properties' search engine rankings and enhancing online visibility. This position requires applied SEO knowledge and the ability to solve moderate-level problems independently. The Specialist will autonomously manage SEO tasks and collaborate with diverse teams across marketing and product development to drive effective traffic strategies and maximize digital marketing outcomes.

What you'll be working on:

  • Keyword and topical research, selection, classification and reporting.
  • Competitor gap analysis including link analysis / anchor text distribution.
  • Site health checks and identify ongoing action items to improve core keyword ranking over time.
  • On-page SEO optimisation for website meta data, schema, topical optimization, content length, page speed, etc.
  • Identifying areas for on-site improvements in site structure, internal linking, and content.
  • Off-page SEO optimization.
  • Audits and fixing errors found in Google Search Console, among other tools.
  • Working with Content writers to guide keyword targeting and search intent while mitigating cannibalisation and scraping.

What you will be bringing to your new role:

  • Hands-on SEO experience.

  • Master knowledge of Google Search Console and Excel, and advanced in Google Analytics 4, with hands-on experience using a variety of tools, including crawling tools (e.g., Lumar, DeepCrawl, Screaming Frog…), monitoring tools (AWR, Semrush…), and authority campaign tools (Ahrefs, LRT, Majestic…) to optimize and track SEO performance.
